Support and helpdesk

It has always been a focus area for Netcontrol to be able to provide first class customer support; our support and helpdesk services have indeed been recognized by customers to be professional and fast in solving incidents.

Being experienced project engineers, those working with the Helpdesk can solve most of the questions just during the phone call.

Netcontrol’s customers can select from several levels of support – whether they need just remote support in case of an incident or also hardware, even software maintainance. In this way the customer can select a service level that fits the knowledge and resource level of their own organisation as well as the criticality of the system, not having to pay for unnecessary services.
