Results from the Netcontrol Customer satisfaction survey 2025 are in! We gathered feedback from our customers in the Nordics, across Europe and beyond, with three strengths coming to the forefront, specifically customer support that builds trust, efficient problem solving and the quality and reliability of our portfolio. The trend is clear: we are growing stronger together with our partners.

Highlights from the survey results include:
- NPS score leap: from 27 in 2022 to 48 in 2025!
- Reliability: 4,5/5 – our strongest asset
- Performance: Now 4,1/5, with more than half (51,9 %) of respondents seeing clear improvement over the past two years
