  The Netcon ONE service supports the Netcon 100, Netcon 200 and Netcon 500 product families.
• Is there one dashboard to view and control all the assets?
  Yes, Netcon Application Manager is a centralized tool for all your Netcon assets.
• Are cybersecurity patches updated automatically?
  You will need to activate the updating manually but it can be done for all devices at once. Or you can let our engineers to do the work.
• Unit replacements: what if my current substation version is no longer in production??
  If an RTU is no longer in production, we will find a replacement device as part of the life-cycle agreement.
