A partnership forged for the new energy era

Voltyx is recognized as a fast-growing company in electrical infrastructure and project management, providing comprehensive services that span from the initial design phase all the way to energizing mission-critical assets. With decades of hands-on experience and a strong presence across Sweden, Voltyx ensures that energy infrastructure is built to last—resilient against challenges, flexible for the future, and ready to support both traditional and renewable energy sources.

Netcontrol stands at the forefront of grid automation and intelligent energy management. With expertise in SCADA systems, substation automation, grid cybersecurity, and real-time control technologies, Netcontrol empowers utilities, municipalities, and industries to manage increasingly complex energy networks with confidence and precision.

Together, we offer an unparalleled, end-to-end service platform that spans the full project lifecycle — merging design, engineering, field execution, digitalization, commissioning, and continuous modernization.

How we create value – today and tomorrow

Our collaboration focuses on three critical pillars that define the future of the energy sector:

  • Modernizing energy infrastructure
    • Voltyx’s strength in designing and building high-performance infrastructure is the foundation upon which smart energy systems are built. Meanwhile, Netcontrol equips these physical assets with the intelligence to optimize performance, increase flexibility, and respond dynamically to changes in supply and demand.
      • Example: Whether upgrading a regional transformer station or building a smart city energy platform, our combined approach ensures that systems are both physically robust and digitally agile.
  • Enabling smart grid integration
    • The transition to renewables brings new complexity: intermittent generation, bi-directional flows, and the need for real-time adaptability. Netcontrol’s advanced automation and analytics tools help operators integrate solar, wind, and battery storage seamlessly into existing grids. At the same time, Voltyx ensures that substations, distribution, and transformers are engineered for these new realities.
  • Driving operational resilience
    • Operational efficiency isn’t just about cost savings—it’s about delivering reliable energy when it’s needed most. Through preventive maintenance, real-time monitoring, predictive analytics, and robust asset management, we help utilities enhance system resilience, reduce downtime, and extend the lifespan of critical infrastructure assets.

Leading the response to key energy trends

The energy world is changing faster than ever, and Netcontrol and Voltyx are uniquely positioned to help customers and stakeholders not just keep up—but stay ahead:

  • The rise of renewables
    • Our solutions support the seamless integration of clean energy into the grid, helping to accelerate the global transition toward a more sustainable energy system.
  • Energy decentralization
    • We enable the development of microgrids and local energy communities, empowering regions and industries to become more energy-independent and resilient.
  • Digitalization and IoT innovation
    • By embracing IoT, AI, and big data, we transform traditional energy systems into smart, interconnected networks capable of self-optimization and predictive maintenance.
  • Electric vehicle expansion & datacenters
    • We support the grid needed for rapid buildout of EV charging infrastructure and Datacenters while providing smart grid solutions that ensure energy demand growth remains stable and manageable.
  • Cybersecurity and resilience
    • In an era where cyber threats are growing, we ensure that the critical infrastructure is protected both physically and digitally, safeguarding operations against new and emerging risks.
